BRANDEIS HILLEL DAY SCHOOL

655 Brotherhood Way San Francisco, CA This project consisted of the construction of a new, two-story Library Wing consisting of 24,000 square feet. In addition to the new Library Wing, this project also included a new retaining wall, the elimination of a portion of the existing classroom wing, and reconstruction of the Arcade running parallel to the northeastern elevation due to dry rot.

MENLO SQUARE

Oak Grove and Merrill Avenues Menlo Park, CA This project included a three-story residential building and a one-story retail building over a below-grade parking garage. The gross square footages of the project are as follows:

• Below Grade Garage - 31,000 square feet
• Retail Building - 7,000 square feet
• Residential Building - 39,000 square feet

LUTHERAN CONFERENCE CENTER

7780 Constitution Drive Livermore, CA The Lutheran Conference Center project consists of a new one-story office building enclosing approximately 25,000 square feet. The structural system is a conventional wood frame roof supported on steel columns with concrete masonry unit perimeter walls. The foundation system is anticipated to be shallow spread footing.

SHELLMOUND OFFICE BUILDING

Emeryville, CA A three-story office building with a floor plan size of 5,000 square feet; total building is 15,000 square feet.

ECHELON, PHASE II

550 Meridian Avenue San Jose, CA The second phase of this project consists of a three-story, 75,000 square foot office building that was a mirror image of the first phase office building, which was under construction at the start of this second phase.

EMERY RESIDENCE

Sugar Bowl, CA This single-family dwelling of approximately 5900 square feet is a two-story, wood frame structure, with the first level on grade and the second floor and roof being constructed predominantly out of wood frame.

PRESERVATION PARK

Oakland, CA This condominium project contains approximately 90 units of lofts/flats, with half-basement parking.

SHIPLEY SQUARE

San Francisco, CA This is a five-story, mixed-use project with parking in the basement, retain on approximately one half of the first, or ground floor, and residential on the remaining floors.
